We ship worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia) using trusted carriers to ensure your gear arrives safely.
Shipping Options & Timelines
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx
- Order processing: 1-2 business days
- Delivery time: 10-15 business days after shipping
Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS
- Order processing: 1-2 business days

Our Return Policy
Not completely stoked about your purchase? No worries – we’ve got you covered with our simple returns process.
Return Basics
- Most unused items in original packaging can be returned within 15 days of delivery
- Full refunds or exchanges available (some exceptions apply)
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Fin Socks & Fin Strings (worn next to skin)
- Photography equipment (special order items)
- Custom-shaped boards (Dolphin Shape/Asymmetrical templates)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our crew will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 24-48 hours
- Pack It Up – Securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories
- Ship It Back – Send to our Biloxi HQ using a trackable shipping method
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or model? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include the new item you want.
Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days (your bank may take 2-3 more days to post)
- Original Payment Method: Funds will return to whatever payment method you used
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
