Hey riders! At Wave Rider Shop, we want you to be as stoked about your gear as you are about perfect barrels. If something’s not right with your order, we’ve got your back with our simple returns process.
Our Return Policy
You can return most unused items in their original packaging within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Some exceptions apply (see below).
Non-Returnable Items
For safety and hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:
- Fin Socks & Fin Strings (worn next to skin)
- Photography equipment (special order items)
- Custom-shaped boards (Dolphin Shape/Asymmetrical templates)
- Any item showing signs of use or missing original packaging
How to Return an Item
- Contact Us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return
- Wait for Approval – Our crew will email you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 24-48 hours
- Pack It Up – Securely package the item with all original packaging and accessories
- Ship It Back – Send to our Biloxi HQ using a trackable shipping method (return shipping costs are your responsibility)
Exchange Process
Want to swap for a different size or model? Follow the same steps as returns, but specify “EXCHANGE” in your email and include the new item you want.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Credit Card/PayPal: Refunds process within 3-5 business days (your bank may take 2-3 more days to post)
- Original Payment Method: Funds will return to whatever payment method you used
- Exchanges: We’ll ship your new item within 1-2 business days after receiving your return
